Your initial appointment will usually consist of a full set of x-rays, and a comprehensive oral health examination. Because of the comprehensive nature of your initial appointment, we reserve two full hours to review your dental treatment options.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
- Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist, if applicable.
- A list of medications you are presently taking.
- If you have dental insurance, please provide this information to our office in advance. Our insurance specialists will contact your insurance carrier and provide you with an estimated copay before your initial appointment. This will save time and allow us to process your dental claims for you.
- Parking is available directly behind our office, and the front door entrance is on K Street.
IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
If you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to any treatment rendered by our office (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, congenital heart conditions, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.). Please inform our office or discuss with our professional Staff.
If another dentist has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, we encourage you to pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional x-rays are necessary, they can be taken at our office.
